Canada Celebration 2

I missed it! How was it? Any pictures, anyone?

 

I'm not Canadian, but I went and met 3 Canadians there: YoungJediNiagra, Uilmuteiz, and JediWarrior.

As for pictures... I'm not sure if you're looking for anyone in particular, but many pictures were shared here.

I was there...it was awesome! My hubbie was Han Solo and I was Slave Leia. His dad(french) and best friend from France both flew over to be at C2 with us. They were Imperial officers.

YoungJediNiagara: YEs that red-head is me!! That is sooooo CRAZY! We already met and we didn't even know it!!
Celebration 2 was so amazing!! I alternated with my group for six hours in line so that we all got to meet Carrie Fisher. It was great! She made comments about my slave Leia costume and how she hated wearing hers when she filmed ROTJ. I guess it kept slipping off, [face_shocked]

As you can imagine I took tons of pictures and had alot of pictures taken of my group and myself. I am looking forward to the next one!! Kit you'll have to try to go to the next one!

Yeah, her costume was great also! So many neat costumes. It was such a huge turnout! If you have any more pics anybody, feel free to post them!

Admiral good question, do you like any of the Star Wars actors? I never see you talk about them, I was just curious! Like.. Peter M. Warick Davis, etc.? Any of them?

 

It is my policy to not glorify people who are paid millions of dollars to do what they love as heros. So, I don't talk about celebrities in general.

That being said, I thought Hamill's performance in ANH was terrible, as was Lloyd's in TPM. I respect Ford for his acting abilities, and Williams as well, and I enjoyed Hayden in AOTC (maybe just because he's Canadian ) and Natalie's nice to look at.

I don't have an opinion of Mayhew because he just walks around in a furry suit. I don't have a clue if he can act or not. I don't know who Davis is.

Yup, Sithman you're right, I was "HippyPadme"...I love the "Scoundrels!" picture - Han Solo is absolutely fabulous!

Admiral I was just asking because I never see you write about Star WArs and this whole web site is Star WArs! I am afraid that you don't even like Star Wars
Warick Davis played an ewok in SW but he also was in the Leprechaun movies and he also played in Willow! There is some movie education for you! And he is a SUPER nice person, and believe me he is not paid millions!

 

Is it that obvious that I don't post about SW?

The truth is that I was a serious fan when I joined 2 years ago, but now I'm not too wild about it. I'm a fan, but it's not something I ever think about. I stay here because I like the people. Not for SW.

 

How many times have you seen each of the movies in the Trilogy? Just give me an estimate...actually anyone could answer!
