It's official! Des Moines, Iowa Convention Center May 2007!

Capacity 12,000 people! 4 Motel 6's within walking distance, and a pankcake house right across the street! Make your reservations NNNNNOOOOOOWWW!

 

WOOHOOO i am SOOOO there!!!

 

The geographic center of the lower 48 states is Lebanon, Kansas. It'd be (in)convenient for everyone!

Lebanon, KS was considered as a possible spot for C4, but it only has a waffle house, and the G-Man hisself said, "Um, I'm not much of a waffle person, myself. Can we find someplace that sells pancakes?"

So where's the rush to get us all rooms in Iowa? I wanna get there early enough to still get some chocolate chips in my pancakes.

The thing is this. WHY do we even really care where it is. I mean honestly. How many of us were out seeing the sites of Indy. I saw the mall we walked thru and the room and the bar.

well and the actual convention itself. SO yeah let's just be HAPPY there is GOING to be a C4!!!!

I don't have enough on my card to reserve 13 rooms in Iowa for the event -- should we look at pooling? I can get probably 4, but will need someone else to call to get a block, too.

I should petition to become an RSA, since I have almost broken every rule and know the TOS inside out.

Kinda like a cop that speeds to work, rolls through stop signs, and shoots unarmed people "out of self defense because it was dark and it looked like he had a gun," and takes pictures of girls on the night of their 18th birthday.

This is the only place I can be a total ass and everyone still loves me.
