Further east would be better! If Buffalo was set up better, it would be a great location considering the proximity to the Canadian border.

    We'd save on hotels too!!!

Indy definitely was fun. I'd love to go there again for a celebration. If they are up for locations farther east, the ones I would think of that would be good are: Boston, Cleveland, NYC, and Toronto.

Jaime dueling buttcheeks would be the least of your worries...two words: the nug. Nuff said

Indy was 9, plus you had the time zone change. Chicago takes about 8-8 1/2 hours to get to. It would be nice for it to be closer again

Looks like a trip to Chicago takes you through Canada too.

Through Canada is faster to Detroit. Passports are not required yet, but probably will be by that time...

You don't really save much time going through Canada to get to Chicago, and with the border delays NOW, it will only be worse later.

There are many facilities in the Chicago area that could handle a Celebration size convention.

We'd probably drive to this one, depending upon when it's held.

One word: SWEET! Something closer to home would be great and definitely doable. I am so glad they are not thinking CA again!

The return of the Dueling Ninja Butcheeks of DOOM! Just no one get run off the road by the oh-so-wonderful truckers! Dirty stinkin' Buicks too! [face_laugh]

Maybe I can actually get Rob to go to this one. [face_praying] And you thought the Clarence Festival two years ago was something.... oh, Rob at C5 would be priceless.

I wonder if CV will not happen now. We're almost at September, and there hasn't been an announcement yet. Many would have thought an announcement would have taken place at ComicCon.

I with you on that. If they were planning something an announcement would of come at SDDC. THey were too high on Force Unleashed and Clone Wars the tv show. Plus if I remember correct the last two of these were announced by September of the year preceding the event.

Maybe George was scared that CV could be construed as a 10th anniversary celebration of the birth of JarJar (Episode 1)[face_laugh]
