if they plan to do a Celebration in the US every 2nd year my guess is they may stick a Celebration internationally every 4 years as a guess. maybe alternate years. who knows.

It would be absolutely awesome & I urge anyone reading this topic, please sign the petition. This would be HUGE for Australia.

 

I don't think that anyone here wouldn't want a COz.

I said it in the CIV thread, and I'll say it again, Steve has said that if someone wanted to host it he would love for one to go ahead. He was saying that Sydney or Melbourne are the likely places given the requirements, it would just require someone to do the leg work on holding it. I don't know if there are many groups here in Oz that would have the combined experience with these kind of events and also the want to do it, but with a Texan company holding CJ, maybe if that goes well it won't just be what many people are predicting as a test run for the future vendor for US Celebrations but also international ones.

 

We can only hope.

The guys that run Armageddon and the Supernova cons would be great at doing something like this I think.

Maybe they'd need some volunteers to help with the running of such a huge event, wonder where they'd find such people. (waves hands in air)

I would move heaven and earth to get there, and if it was in Syd (a likely scenario) I have somewhere to stay.
