I'm more worried about my accommodation than I am about my CE ticket. Despite numerous emails and phone calls the UEL still hasn't gotten back about it. I'm just hoping I don't have to sleep on someone's sofa. [-o|

Mine arrived but I wasnt in to sign for them, so ill pick them up tomorrow from the post office.

In other news, Mark Hamill is confirmed for CE. He wil be signing for 3 hours on the friday and 3 on the saturday. Plus he is doing a talk.

It's all sorted out, everything has been booked.

The postman rand the doorbell, but no one was able to answer the door so I got a 'we missed you' card. It was probably my ticket as well.

IMPORTANT FAN CLUB BENEFITS UPDATE!!


They are now going to allow fan club members to collect their lanyards only (not tickets) on Thursday afternoon from 2pm-6pm. Please go to the West Entrance of ExCeL for this.

To prove your Hyperspace (or other official fan club) membership please bring your membership number and some ID. If you have any worries about the correct information bring some proof of address, photo ID and any receipts, letters etc referring to your membership and we should be able to identify you through that.


If in doubt bring everything you can; the membership should be under your name so your ID should suffice.

 

I really hope Mark will be personalizing the autographs for that rather high fee... but I suspect he won't be.

 

Friday was awesome. The Mark Hamill talk in the celebrity theatre was well worth the long wait in line, and Ian McDiarmid was great at the opening ceremony outside.

BIG congrats to the fanforce crew who were on the stand at CE. I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone there, but the stand itself looked quite busy today, so let's hope it worked out for them!

I'm home and missing you all terribly! What a great three days! I'm still on a high! lol! Have a great day all!

 

I was there on Sunday, queued for ages to see Billy Dee (or as my g/f kept calling him, Billy Jean!).

Highlight was Anthony Daniels telling some couple to keep their kids under control because they were annoying him.

was good all in all though.

Just got home. Thanks to everyone on the ForceNet stand on Saturday morning for their kind support after I'd "lost" my camera with all my photos of the Star Wars Exhibiiton at County Hall and the photos of Celebration Europe upto Saturday morning. It was greatly appreciated.

On Sunday the Autograph hall team asked and the celebrities kindly agreed to help me replace the photos with them from Friday - so I got to meet them twice as well as getting lots of sympathy and hugs! The Star Wars family is wonderful.

Despite my loss a wonderful weekend - hope to meet you guys again soon when I'm not fighting for Parliament against the Royalists!
