I popped into the train station on Friday and the train going down to London on the Thurs DOES NOT call at Durham or Darlo, so you will all have to come to Newcastle. The train coming back up on the Monday DOES stop at Darlo and Durham.

If anyone wants to crash at mine on the Weds night to save rushing around on the Thursday, then that's fine and you can also leave your car at my place.

 

No probs - I'll come up and leave the car at yours Suez and then come back to Newcastle after the event.

Guys - do you need a lift up there ir will you make your own way??

 

Anyone else still waiting for their tickets to arrive? seetickets.com say it's "waiting for these tickets to come into stock"

I have my train tickets now sorted, i'm on the same train but coach D which is still great

I sit in other people's reserved seats all the time and no one ever moves me. If they do, limp away...

 

Well yeah it was mentioned last week, and it's been on my mind since then and wanted to see if more people other than those at The Raj was in the same boat.

 

That's why I like Virgin Trains. Cos they have the electronic signs above the seats saying, "This seat is not reserved."

Even if I have reserved seats they usually put me next to some guy with BO or an ugly girl, so I steal one for myself

Hey everyone - is there anything going on in the evening at CE that us Northerners are doing. I'm heading down Thursday night and staying at a mate's.

 

Thursday night we should be up to should up to something, probably eat out and get to know some new faces' better. Friday is LSO and Saturday should be the FF party, Sunday is the only night where nothing seems to be happing.

Anyone planning on going to the Forbidden Planet Gentle Giant event on Thursday at 5:00pm?? I'll be there if anyone is interested and hope to see at least some of you on the Thursday evening, where ever that may be (probably the curry house if the rumours about the FF-UK:N are to be true )
