Mary Celebration II

Who from Baltimore is going to Celebration II?? I already have everything booked, but I'm traveling by myself. I was wondering if there was going to be some baltimore people to maybe hang out with.

 

I'm not going, but there's a few here that are. Actually, I think there's already a thread dealing with who here is going.

 

Do you know which thread it is, or should I just start poking around in each one?

Actually, I looked through the other threads, and there's a few that deal with Celebration II, but none asking for who's going. So, you're alright.

I'm playing it smart.....I'm staying at the Motel6. I figured if I saved my $ on hotels, I'd have more to spend on fun-stuff (and Carrie Fishers autograph!)

There's an exclusive figure that's gonna be at Celebration II, Jorg Sacul. It's $10. Could someone that's going get this figure for me. I'll obviously pay for it. You can bring it to the next meeting and I'll give you the money. This would be greatly appreciated.

I'll pick up as I possibly can. Maybe some of the others going can do the same. Heck, I'm staying an extra day in Indy just so I can UPS my purchasses back home and not have to worry about the airline loosing or damaging them.

 

I just want a SW pin and I will reimburse whoever gets me one or get me one of those free books. Something cool like X-Wing in Polish or something.

 

I'm staying at the Courtyard Marriott on Washington St. I'm not getting in until Friday night so I'll be missing Friday's activities. Are there plans for Friday night outside of the convention. I heard something about a party at another hotel? Is that Sat. night??

 

I'd also like to put in my order for the Celebration II special action figure. And don't bother making too many arrangements to get it back to me undamaged. I'll end up opening the package for display. I keep the cards though, for tracking my collection.

 

I will be staying at the Motel 6 a few miles from the convention center. I figure I'd save $ to buy stuff with. But if anybody wants to get together out there, Let me know. I'd love to meet up!

I am definitely going to Celebration II. My buddy from Virginia was supposed to go, but he jacked on me a few weeks ago. Ah well. At a "Star Wars" event, you're never quite there by yourself.

I am staying at the University Place Doubletree Hotel about 1 mile down the road. It's on the campus of Indiana University and Purdue, so I get my two favorite pasttimes--"Star Wars" and college chicks!

Seriously, I'm going out Thursday night and staying through Sunday. I was at "Celebration I" in Denver, and "II" looks a thousand times more awesome!

Would love to meet up at some point.
