    Master--Kenobi,

You did look a lot like Ewan!

I was amazed that the water did actually taste worse than the water in Concord at the end of the summer.

    My cons:

    Long lines!!!

Not realizing I could make a fortune by selling the 2 Vaders I didn't buy to people who didn't want to wait in line or couldn't get one.

    Kamino weather

    Hoth weather

Waiting in line at Celebration party for 2 hours to get my palm read and thus missing the entire party!

Almost getting pneumonia because my roomie slept with the window open!

Street noise keeping me awake due to above also.

Not going hot tubbing on Sunday--missing meeting Daniel Logan!

Getting mild case of food poisoning from either the water or Subway sandwich.

Plane trip to Pittsburgh on small plane in heavy turbulence---longest 45 minutes of my life!

Couldn't find BART for 45 minutes at the SFO airport on arrival!

    Pros:

Getting to see other SW fans in costume, especially General Grevious!

Having other SW fans get into character while I was in line. Stormtrooper said, "I'm keeping my eye on you two Jedi." I tried to mind-trick him 3 times, but he said "Mind tricks don't work on me."

Seeing the 501st lined up on the Capitol steps in downtown Indy!

    Meeting other tfn'ers in person!

    Having roomie who brought Pepto!

<----Getting pretty colors and title for volunteering at fan force table, which I would have done anyway, for nothing!

    LOL Master Kenobi!!!
You were mistaken for Ewan! That is soooo priceless! I wish I could have seen that, plus Matt's skit at the cabaret. I had heard little bits about it before you all left, but was itching to see it!

Yeah, poor Matt had his clothes torn off by half a dozen Padmes.

I know it's probably common knowledge at this point, but here is the direct link to the C-3 threads on TF.N. Very interesting threads to either brag or vent about, as well as the discussing C-4:

Thanks again to all of you who helped make the Pacific Region Fan Force table a success, by either chipping in for the banner or working shifts.
    Glad to meet you guys!

    Cool pictures Harlock415!

BTW, picture 100 0055 is my Wife. She had a ton of photos taken, but there aren't that many on the web.

In that same phot, in back on the left you can see my brothers hand (the officer). He's getting out of the way, which is pretty much all we did when she was around. :)

Geeze, I saw a bunch of you guys running around (Master Kenobi, you pulled off the Ewan look so well, but I never believed Ewan would be running around CIII), and didn't know any of you! That's what I get for signing onto the forum after CIII.

In this week's TV Guide (May 15-21) on pg. 8, there's an article on C3, with a wrong caption regarding R2. But it does have Christy in her slave girl costume! ;)
