LA, CA CELEBRATION IV DISCUSSION

I think I'll sleep at home as well and then do the Park and Ride from Woodland Hills. Express bus to downtown. I think its like $3 each way or something.

Yeah, my pass ain't being purchased until May.

 

I'm sooooo EXCITED about C4. It's about time they had it in LA. I'm so happy I don't have to pay for hotel and air. That money would be better spent on my costume, merchandise, tees, autographs, etc. I can't wait for May. I'm purchasing my tickets in January. Is anyone planning to go on Thursday? That day is reserved for only Star Wars Club members. Which reminds me I have to renew my membership.
Also, is anyone planning to wear a costume? If so who are you dressing up as? I may dress up as Celebration Leia on Friday and maybe Saturday go as Ayala Secura or Darth Talia. There's so much to plan for...

 

If you live in the area, it helps to carpool and split costs for parking. Also, if you don't mind public transportation (for all my enviro peeps) there's the blue and red lines.

I would have no problem wanting to carpool if anyone would like to do so. But then I'd have to see if I'm still working 2 jobs. Same goes for roomming with someone. I'll buy my tickets after the new year. I've got some choices I'll need to make, and I don't want to jepoardize not going to C4.

Not yet, Psx. I've got a message into the folks at GenCon, hopefully they will answer soon.

 

The 501st along with the other fan groups have all been Rose Parade 24/7 but now that's over we can move on to planning events for CIV. So stay tuned I guess.

 

Anyone want my room at the Bonaventure? It's $207/night. I have it reserved for May 23-28. If not I'm going to cancel it. I'm not going to offer it up to people in the CIV board, just here.

The Bonaventure will be the "Headquarters Hotel", whatever that means. I'm not guaranteeing anything regarding seeing celebrties and such.

I can't afford to spend that kind of money anymore.

 

Just checking back on parties or any activities being planed. I would like to be in the loop or even help if I can, thanks.

Well, I finally registered this morning. I thought I would take my sweet little ol' time with it.

 

I tried to register, but there was no place to put in my Hyperspace membership info. Should I just register for all four days, and hope they will somehow know, or ask me before Thursday, May 24?

 

I also decided to make a cameo at this event, and bought my 4 day pass last week.

Do you think I should get a table too, and sign autographs?
(I can under sale everyone, and do mine for $14.95)
