Pittsburgh, PA Celebration IV Planning Thread

We are totally not understanding this hotel info. Are you saying that so far, you are only using one room of the hotel that you have 2 rooms booked in? And you are saying you want someone to use that room and cancel Zero's room?

I though you needed 2 - one for boys and one for girls?

 

We currently have 3 rooms booked: 2 through TRADMIC and 1 through ZeroCool.

In one of those rooms will be TRADMIC, Superchill, ZeroCool, and Greencat336.

It is my understanding that the second of the TRADMIC rooms will be housing the MomMaster clan.

The third room (the one Zero booked) is currently unoccupied, as far as I know.

 

This is right. I don't think we are doing boy/girl...just smashing as may ppl into the room as to make the price cheaper.

 

You should just have a "shirts" room and a "skins" room. That would be hawt!

 

Snorer and non-snorer rooms might be a good idea (at least for the non-snorers.)

 

I just bought my airplane ticket. I'm leaving Weds May 23 and returning Mon May 28. w00t!

 

I believe this place is a pretty short drive from the LA airport. It's a somewhat famous tourist attraction that would be a fun pit stop form the airport to your hotel.

In related news, has anyone recieved their passes yet? I'm starting to wonder when they are getting sent out.
And, I get paid this coming Friday (March 9), and as soon as the money posts into my account, I'm going to cancel the hotel room in my name, since we will not be needing it.
When is the next meeting? I'd like to talk about what the cost of the room is going to end up, airline details, etc.

 

Didn't get my passes yet.
Airfare: $262.40
Hotel: I'll divie it up at the meeting. Four of us are going to be there on Tuesday and Chris (greencat) is only arriving on Wednesday.

Anyway, I'm getting some things worked out with the hotel for the folks that will be arriving sooner/later than me. If you can't make the April metting, please let me know and I'll call or pm you with some details.

I only got my tickets for scheduled store time today.

I got my badge in yesterday. Plus 4 Fanforce day passes.

 

OK. The hotel room that I booked is officially canceled. Sadly, I completely missed the cut off date, so it's the cost of one night plus tax penalty. Oh well, my own dumb fault.
I got my badge in the mail the other day as well. I will have to admire it now, because I also got my OfficialPix volunteer schedule. So come Wed I'll be switching it in for the Volunteer badge. i wonder what character is on that one.

We are arriving early Tues morn. - may rent a car from Airport and go to Santa Monica Beach area
Then WEDNESDAY we want to go to Universal Studios.

Our Price is Right tickets are for Wednesday. Can you switch the days - Tuesday go to Universal and Wednesday go to the beach?

We're getting there early Tuesday too. Check in time is only at 11 or noon, and I'm REALLY hoping they let us check in early!

 

Michele, we are renting a car from LAX at 11:30 and heading to Santa Monica & beach. ...on Tues. because the beaches are close to the airport. Then we are keeping the car thru Wed. to go to Universal

We're getting to LAX at 12:35 PM/9:35AM PST. We're going to have alot of luggage to hang out in the airport for 2 hours. I'll talk to Jason, Andy, and Chris this weekend and see what they'd like to do.
