Need any and every piece of info you can find on this event...because no matter what happens, I am going this time!!!!!! I need to know where its gonna be held, how much the tix cost, where to pre order, all that stuff. I will have my new Pathfinder, so anyone who wants to reserve a seat with me, let me know....we can split gas! Or we can fly..but a road trip would be cool.(see below) I am going to be dressed as the Republic Commando Blue Lt.,named Ice. I will probably also have bought my CANON Jango Fett outfit for 2500 dollars also, so I can be Jango one day, and Repub Mando the next. I want to be there for about 3-4 days if possible... WHO IS WITH ME!!!!?????????????? and even if its in Indy, I want to drive! I have never did a road trip like that. :edit:
I know I will be in on this one.. and yes.. bringing more than one costume sounds great.. I am thinking road trip if it IS in Vegas.. otherwise may have to fly!
yes. good that we have a whole year to get all of costumes together.. I am already in the planning stage for this event with a whole group of women friends from Starwars.com site as well.. we want the dates so we can book first chance we get.. they will hopefully start booking a year in advance.. that is what we have been expecting.. I had not looked at the thread for it here though.. I will have to do that..
Luis and I will definitely be going wherever it is. We met at C3 so it will be a anniversary type thing for us.
I can tell you now.. taxes in 2007 are what is taking Jake and I to C4.. plan on it being expensive!!
hey.. if your up for driving all the way to indiana.. I will do it with you.. would sure save on cost.. hopefully would be enough room for all of us and luggage with a couple of vehicles.
Im in but the only good accurate costume I can bring it the Tie Pilot, I want to go and have fn not get harrased by the 501st for wearing a rubies, plus the Tie helmet is much easier to take off really quick for shopping purposes
My wife and I flew out to Indiana for C3, and I loved every second and cried I was soo happy So, I dont care if its in India, Im going again!
From what info I've gathered, I take it nobody knows where it will be held. If there is a C4 in Spring of 2007, that's a year and a half away, yeah, I could do a road trip. See some of the other crazies!
From doing C3 I can say a few things: 1) I hope it is in Indy again 2) I pray to the Maker they don't use GenCon [flipping idiots] 3) The store needs to be run by professionals 4) Spend the money to stay at one of the hotels that is connected to the convention center. It is worth it.
I don't mind where it is.. I'll go.. but I would prefer close by and easy to get to.. which vegas qualifies for.
