SWAN rumor report: Celebration 5 is very, very, very likely in 2009, with Chicago the frontrunner as the venue.

Sansweet: We are hoping to do a Celebration in the U.S. next year, and we?ll be looking at Midwest locations like Chicago as well as some further east.

2009? When? Not enough time to plan for this thing.

 

i think if we here anything official it will be in May because thats when IV was announced.. May 06 (one year befor it happened) and if you consider III was in 05, IV was in 07, and so naturally there fitting into a 2 year slot putting V in 09... granted i think 2010 would work better because it would fit to the 30th Anv. of Empire.

Also.. who would Host? seeing as Lucasfilms just sues the pants off Gen Con this last year i'm not to sure there relationship is all rose anyway

 

OH, and the fact that Gen Con filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy lol

 

GenCon sucks...good riddance!
