Star Wars Cells of Resistance RPG

    Theme of the Game: It is a Dark Time for the intergalactic universe. The Emperor has brought tyranny to all. His gestapo of Imperial Stormtroopers, muscle of Grand Moffs and Imperial Star Destroyers and the threat of obedience or death has brought a one peaceful universe to its knees, trembling oppressed begging, praying for hope. In the shadow of this Empire, Senators of high esteem have been secretly funding and commanding undercover agents, sabateurs, mercenaries, and spies to one end - the slow systematic destruction of the Empire. Assisted by 3 Jedi Knights deep undercover in hiding from the Emperor, the knights and the Rebel spies that serve among them are the Cells of Resistance.

    Character involvement: You can choose to be a Rebel Agent, Mercenary, Assassin or Sabateur performing tasks for the Republic deep, deep undercover your jobs coming from unknown middle men.

    If interested submit the standard character sheet for approval.

    GM NOTES: The above campaign will start 4 years before the Battle of Yavin. The player characters can be any of the following: smuggler, rebel saboteur, gambler, rebel spy, rebel assassin, mercenary, gambler, or other archetypes with GM approval. The Jedi Knights that appear in the game will be NPCs run by the GM. It is an option that a player character can be force attuned and become an apprentice of a Jedi Knight but this should be after a good amount of time serving the Jedi Knight first and with GM approval. Hope this will stir up some interest!

    Rules:
    1.) Play in character.
    2.) No controlling another's character.
    3.) Combat situation outcomes will be discussed through private message with GM. Example, if your crew is about to get in blaster fight with some Rodians, you would PM me and say, "What should the outcome be". I may say, "you should handily defeat them, but make the battle dramatic". Example, your trenchcoat has a blaster shot through it. It was a brand new jacket. And your astromech was shot and hit and will need full repairs. You need to find a droid shop. A victory with some loss is always best. If however you are ambushed by bounty hunters I might say, "You got off a few select shots which hit but bounced off their armor, then before you know it, the lights went black and you woke up in a prison cell with binders on in an unfamiliar ship".
    4.) No controlling NPCs.
    5.) Be courteous of other players.
    6.) Have fun. Let's build a great game together.
