That is unusual. I figured it was a draft staple. I remember having back to back picks in drafts before, and I got bumped so instead of still being able to make both together like you would think my other pick was booted back to the bottom.

Remember I traded. Both my picks were in the 6th round, not 6th-7th

Not you silly goose, you make your picks on time I mean the bumpee down there. Never mind, different situation. I just hate watching the bump happen, a pick get made and it rolls around to the end of the round again so we wait for another 24 hours for the next bump.

PICKS YES PICKS! Some great talent left up on the board. I hope Kalar MAKES IT RAIN! Probably gonna come up with an FA team because some of these guys deserve to be on a team for sure and for that reason alone I wish we were doing eight instead of six team picks. It is even worth the stress of bumps and waiting and all that to me.

Also Yak and I were discussing the TM prep thing last night and he brought up some valid points I support.
    A. Is this going to be accurate to the games in that once the TM prep is used on the Pokemon they know that move for the rest of the draft (meaning we only really get two preps per draft but that prep stays on them the whole draft)?
    2. Or give them the TM prep, they learn the move permanently but we regain the use of another TM prep for the next round, (which is also accurate to the games but may get hard to keep track of if you are lazy).
or D. Or are we going to make it an interchangeable prep every round and that they forget the move once the round is over?

The way I see it we have those three options. I am ok with any of them but I kind of like the idea of them being prepped, learning the TM permanently but then next round having a new set of preps to work with OR giving the prep one-and-done style. They both give incentive for strategy but one changes with each new opponents making things interesting. I guess it would kins of be like the Gym Leader battle where when you win you get a new TM? Any thoughts on this.

    FOR YAK'S CLARIFICATION:
I personally like option B, the every week we get 2 preps, as in we can teach two TM/HM, but then they, the pokemon, learn them, the moves from the TM/HM, for the rest of the draft. It's as if the pokemon are leveling after every battle. People will see a teams strategy, and can counter it weeks in advance when facing a team they don't need to prep for. Maybe every week after the match the team owner should post his team, and any additional moves his team learned in prior weeks due to preps. And don't worry, my team is going to make it rain...

It would be cool to draft FA teams too. Maybe some owners could have two teams. I would draft another!

Two teams haha you're silly Kalar. I just meant making a fake team up with the picks that are left on the board, could probably make a contender team as well or at least fill it with favorites I always had in my lineup in the games.

I like Kalar's idea, especially since I it was mine and I already posted it. :p But screw each GM keeping track and posting their guys TM/HM moves each week. If we do end up doing it that way, which i vote we do too, I will volunteer to keep track of it. I did the stats for everyone's guys in the Video Game and Anime drafts, wins/losses/preps/trumps/benched, etc. This shouldn't be too tough.

Wow truly amazed that it got around to my pick while I was at work. But I am glad let's keep things moving, I can't wait to play! I had to go with Pidgeot as my final Pokemon to finish off the squad she was the first and remains my only level 100 to date. Truly a badass bird and my favorite overall.
