we have been invited to be a part of the school holiday fun at Centro Colonnades on any of the following dates.

Sat/Sun 12th/13th July

&

Sat/Sun 19th/20th July

I would like to get as many people as we can there to help promote the group & awareness of who we are & what we do. Promotion is critical to the sucess of the group and in the charity work that we do. If you can possibly attend any of these dates I would be most grateful.

I hope to set up a table with our stuff on it & have many many troopers & Jedi walking around handing out flyers. Please respond as soon as you can as it's only a few weeks away & I'd like to let centre management know asap as to what service we can provide.

I'm not sure at this point, I sent off an email as of last night telling them what we can offer & asking them what they expect of us.IE: time frame & display & table set up etc... I await their response

Depending on the time and day, I will help at the table, in SAFF T Shirt. Might be able to convince Addiesclone to Jedi Up for the day, depending on what time and day as she has swimming.

Agreed, over four days is a big vague and most of us have something one at least two of those days. Best to let them know we want a specific day.

I agree, that's what I was thinking too. I said that to SP a little while ago this morning actually, but I was just throwing the football out there for everyone to kick around & see what days they're available

Contact them tomorrow and tell them only one weekend and maybe only one day of that weekend. Most people have stuff on Saturdays, especially us old farts with offspring, so maybe Sunday would be better, that and the shops don't open till 11am, so gives us a bit of time.

Just checked, can't do any Saturdays due to training and the 20th is out as there is a State Under 12s swim comp at North Adelaide. Sorry.
