Chic, IL CF Summer Schedule

Hi all.

Below is a proposed list of CF events for the next few months. More info to follow as needed, probably in separate threads for each event.

June 2, 2001 : Line re-union party and EPII line kick-off

July: Convergance

July : Lake Front Picnic (probably on the 29th)

August: Wizard World

August: Dragon Con

September : Great America.

More events might be added later, but that?s how it looks now.

South Bend Fan Force will be joining you for (at least) Great America.

 

Speaking of Great America, wouldn't it be nice to do a all Midwest Fans meeting? That way we could meet each other pre-Indy Celebration. Great America seems a very fine place for such a gathering.

 

I've been having similar thoughts myself. It would be a great opporunity for our various groups to come together.

There's a campout I've been going to every year for over a decade that's always held in September. If it falls on the same weekend as the Great America outing, I won't be able to make Great America. But if it's not the same weekend, I'll most likely be there.

Hard to predict that far ahead, especially considering that between the campout and DragonCon that's already a lot of traveling and money spending around that time period.

 

Hard to see is the future...always in motion.

Damn, that V2 looks like a souped-up version of the best roller coaster ever: Tidal Wave. Now I really can't wait.......

Hmm... Six Flags could actually be a possiblity for me this year! This could be fun!
