Change Grimsby into the Northern England board?

There has been discussion over changing Grimsby from a City Board into the Northern England board, therefore including more people. What do you think?

I doubt it Az, as this was my idea, I felt it would be more inclusive to new memebers instead of a seclude area almost in the north and the rest of the southern fan forces!
