    Sorry for opening a new thread. But the other threads have become so long that they are practically useless.

    But there's a lot not included. Maybe we should help him completing the list.

    (One should write down the changes in a clearly arranged list.)

    IMHO, the best way to show you're sorry about opening a new thread is to not open it...
