Changing Of The Guard

Well, most of you will have spotted it already, since Mark is now "back in black" and Dave has attained blue status (and immortality on the board header) but we've had a change of CR in the last week.

After another great get together at the weekend, it was decided that Mark would step down from the CR position and Dave would step up. This was done simply because Dave has more free time at the moment, and Mark is busy dealing with his grandfather's place and has limited access to the boards.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Mark for the class job he has done over the past 10 months in bringing this chapter to life and shepherding it forward. His enthusiasm and willingness to get things done was a boon for a fledgling group.

I would also like to congratulate Dave on his step up to the plate, and look forward to working with him and the rest of the chapter on taking us to the next level.

Due to the unfortunate circumstances that I'm in, it has hampered me in doing my job, but the great thing about having a Co-CR in Dave is that I know he will do a great job! So, I know I can rely on him to maintain a steady ship, and a good working relationship with the troops, and I'm sure he will take us to bigger and better things.
