So are those who are actually working on the charter...working on the charter? I have been working on the minors policy and Marie has been working on voting and membership...as I hope are Darrell and Ross and Eric and Mark and anyone else who feels they want to contribute to the boring regulatory stuff. A neccessary evil...but for the good of the collective...wait that's a Trek term...sorry I am of two minds...or so.

 

I have been sending E-mails back and forth on the minors policy and have copys of 3 other SW groups charters

 

Outstanding. Take a section of the Charter that we are working on and put your suggestions ie. write up in the simplest form, specifics of a particular issue ie voting, membership, governing council...etc. This way when we meet, we have something to work on line by line.

 

I have a rough draft outlining how the governing council will work...

 

I have drafts of a voting, membership and structure policys. Will bring them tomorrow

 

Now it sounds like we are moving forward.
