Cincin, OH Chapter Rep Voting

Now that we've got a number of candidates, it's about time to elect a new Chapter Representative for the Cincinnati Tristate Region chapter.

Here's how things are going to work:

1) Look at the list of 4 names eligible:

Choose which person you want to represent the Cincinnati Tristate Region chapter here on the website. While as a group (especially when it comes to in-person events) the CR does not have to be the only one in charge. It is perfectly alright (and in fact recommended that several people take an active role in getting things organized). However, when it comes to the message board, the CR is basically the spokesperson for this chapter.

2) Click the option (next to your choices name) on the poll. If you don't know or can't decide...go with "Undecided - go with the majority." Basically, speak now...or forever (or until the next CR vote) hold your peace.

3) Then post on the thread, indicating you have voted. I don't care if you simply say "voted" or specify whom you voted for...the point is, if I see 1,000 votes on the poll, and only 25 posts with names I know to be members of this board...then we have a way of verifying results.

To the candidates, feel free to post here, saying WHY you think you're the best choice for Chapter Rep. With such a large field, and a relativly small group, EVERY vote will matter and you're gonna have to convince them why you're "the chosen one"

I got 5 votes, and no way to make sure they aren't people just trolling the boards looking to mess with the results.

Looking at the calander, and the number of posts/votes...it's time for the "Speak now or..." part of the program. I'll keep the polls open until the end of the month, 30th would be 2 weeks....but I like rounding things off.

DarthSkywalker360 has a commanding lead, so this is more a last chance to get everyone time to speak up.
