They're similar, but they focus more on perceived "irony" and are extremely conscious of the clothes they wear, whereas the grunge scene was more about "it's cold as **** lets all wear flannel," at least at the beginning.

Hipsters are far, far, far more annoying than any other counter culture movement, because at least where I live, the majority of them are trust funder punks.

seriously, i havent seen adam driver do anything besides an ad for an upcoming movie. i'd like to see some imperfection in him, hes a bad guy after all. i'd like to see some humanity, i guess there's only so deep you can go with a star wars movie but flaws or something unsure about himself that makes him even more dangerous. remember that star wars doesn't really go that deep on the surface with the villians. maybe it would be cool if he were paranoid or something.

Well, we've already got Yoda's character quirk where the sentence, backwards he puts it. So why not just follow that trend to the logical conclusion and backwards everything say guy the have? Iconic utterly be will that think I!

 

The new baddie should legitimately suffer from bad, horrible, vader sounding, asthma. To which everyone says "hey, great impression, thats hilarious!" Which infuriates him, thus driving him completely to the dark side...

 

I think it will be another love affair went wrong just like what happened to Anakin.
