John Griffin, member of the 501st, has been generous to help set up media coverage (local Conway paper)- and has had a friend make a huge 6x8 banner... so he is expecting a lot of coverage. If at all possible, he would like us to be there by 4:00 pm if we can.... so we can get the layout and what we need to do. The event starts at 5:00pm.
Once it is done, expect an extra special thing for us.

I'm stoked for this event for some reason. I hope it goes well.

From Little Rock, take the second Conway exit. (highway 64)
Turn right. It'll be on your right.

I'll be there. Hopefully with the wife and kids.

our homecoming is the night before. i am helping with the dance. unless i get a second wind, i intend to be vegging out during the chili's event. have a good time without me.

This is in CONWAY. Take the second Conway exit (coming from Little Rock) and turn right. Chilli's is at the second red light.

Coming from Northwest Arkansas, take the third Conway Exit and trun left. It's the third light. It'll be on your right.

Nope, just no further than 30 miles. Of course, the doc keeps jinxing me and saying I won't make it another week...She's been doing this for 3 weeks....

I suppose that's in the #120's? I've been thinking about just driving out there, but I simply can't tell for sure right now. I really want to go (don't worry, I have my costume), but if the weather's really bad I just don't think I'll be at peace with the drive. Is there a deadline as to whether or not I'll go? I'm trying to get up the nerve to drive out there.

There's a fair amount of construction between here and there...and from Jacksonville it's a pretty far piece (if you go the freeway and you might get lost the back way)...

But, let me know by around 2 tomorrow if you're going to make the drive...Just call me (you've got my number.)

It's ok. I intended to be working on my last English paper right now, but I got stuck watching Meerkat Manor and I can't concentrate enough to mess with a paper, even during commercial. I'll need my time tomorrow to work on my paper. I think I'll just try and work on some math problems during commercials for now. I really, really wanted to go, especially since it's been last winter since I've been able to do something, but I guess it's just as well. See you by the river.
