Charlie Rocket, voice of Nym, dies

    Charles Rocket, a comedian and actor who appeared on "Saturday Night Live" and had roles in a variety of movies and television series, committed suicide, the state medical examiner has ruled.

    Rocket, 56, whose real name was Charles Calervie, was found dead in a field near his home in Canterbury on Oct 7. His throat had been cut, the medical examiner said.

    SW fans know Charlie for infusing a lot of personality into one of the more memorable and significant prequel-era characters through his voicing of Nym in Starfighter and Jedi Starfighter.

    That's too bad. I always liked him in SNL. He also played the bad guy in "Dumb and Dumber".
