Char, NC Charlotte Seperatists Newsletter #1

Greetings!

With the growth of the Charlotte FanForce, I thought that a newsletter was
in order. If you have recieved this newsletter, then you have either come
to one of the previous FanForce meetings or you have inquired in the past
about the Charlotte FanForce.

So anyways, first things first. We have
a new name! After the poll on the FanForce message board, and the then swapping
of votes, the Official FanForce name for Charlotte, NC is...
(Drumroll please)
The Charlotte Seperatists!
The votes were close for Carolina Corellians, but in the end the Seperatists
prevailed.

Second, thanks to MysterySith, I have got a new logo up for the Charlotte
board. I hope you like it! Currently, the second version is up right now
(the first was kinda of messed up).

4th Meeting Update!
Alright, well just incase anyone forgot, our fourth meeting is still planned
for this Friday (April 12th) at the Sardis area Wendy's. The meeting time
will be 5:00 PM and we are planning to meet inside the restaurant . Please
bring a friend! We need our FanForce to grow!

Website News!
Okay, well until we can resolve a web host issue (or bring one up, for that
matter), our current FanForce website will be located at http://seperatists.sphosting.com.
I will be at work on this site during the next week and am *hoping* for
it to be finished by April 17th. If you would like to contribute anything
to the site or have any suggestions, feel free to email them to me at JamesTraverJr@FanForce.Net.

Hmmm... just noticed you guys have done a lot with the word "seperatists." I almost hate to bring it up now, but the correct spelling should be "separatists." Don't know if you want to make the change now or not.

 

Hama is right. It is spelled Separatists. I didn't even notice that it was spelled incorrectly here until he pointed it out.

Your RSA isn't the most astute person on the planet.

 

Yes, we are aware of this.

However, that comment should really go in the thread designated for the banner, not in the newsletter thread, where we discuss the newsletter.
