Haven't been posting in a very long time (a few years, actually ).

I had a couple of free hours last weekend and savored them by putting quickly up this Concept:

And a quick one in a scene -- a Chasemaster breaking parking orbit off Kesh, on the way to have its exhausts kicked by some Stealth-X's

Great original design, it definitely has a Star Wars feel about it despite not copying off other designs much/at all (as far as I can tell). Something TOR designers would do well to learn!

Especially loving the image of it breaking orbit!

Both images are entirely done in Photoshop. The ship itself is entirely hand-drawn, the planet background of the second image uses a dedicated plugin for Photoshop which uses fractal equation breakdowns in order to create the shape/terrain/shading of the planet.

Lovely picture, Drone. I'm very pleased to see you back to the Star Wars fandom. I'vve seen all of your drawings, and you have an incredible talent for beauty and detail. The ChaseMaster looks great, and the red paint is a nice touch, very Sithly. Your drawings are all great, but the one that has stayed with me the most is your rendition of the Givin Wavecrest Frigate. That is a true beauty, just like all of your other works.

I'm really glad to see you drawing ships again, and I look forward to seeing more of your new works.
