    There's #StarWars on EFnet, but it wasn't very active the last time I was in that channel.

    There is #starwars on QuakeNet, but I don't visit that channel very often.
    On that same network FanForce Sweden has the channel #fanforce.se (Swedish). We also have #sw-trivia (English, but the trivia bot is active in CET daytime only) and the Swedish Star Wars board starwars.nu has #starwars.nu.
