On a very specific topic (I'm making similar posts on other game forums/media forums I use, it's for the sake of arguing)

    Without Wikipediying it...

1)Did your opinion on Canada change in the last 10 years ? If yes, why ?
2)Can you name one canadian policy that have either angered or pleased you ?

(Obviously, Canadians are kinda barred from this topic. The idea is, we hear consistently in the media that our PM is sinking the image of Canada abroad-I'm making a very haphazard study to see what was this image in the first place)

    1. Um, yeah actually. I already had a vaguely positive opinion and then I learned about how it's banking system did so much better than ours during the great recession.
    2. Not specifically but yes in that I can guess they have stricter financial regulation than the United States of Wall Street

    1. I have always nurtured a great respect for our Canadian neighbors, especially as it regards their forward looking social safety net programs.

    2. I thought they had a pretty good case against the US in the whole softwood lumber dispute from about a half decade or so ago.

Oh, also I should add I have become mildly more fond of Canada after discovering Margaret Atwood.

You seem to be under the erroneous impression that the JCC is a representative sample.

    1. Yes. I went to Canada a couple years ago and went sightseeing and lo and behold, it was pretty in some places. Also, Canadian summer > Texas summer.
    2. No

I like certain Canadian fiction, such as Anne of Green Gables.

Also, Ryan Gosling is Canadian. Bless Canada.

1)Did your opinion on Canada change in the last 10 years ? If yes, why ?
No, I don't think so. I'm on friendly terms with my neighbours to the North.

2)Can you name one canadian policy that have either angered or pleased you ?
Yes. The MinnCan and Keystone pipeline deals make me effing livid. I also dislike your current premier.

Canada is like that kid in school you pick on because you have nothing better to do and you could care less what happens to it.

    1) No. I had a mostly positive opinion of Canada 10 years ago and still have a mostly positive opinion now.

    2) STAWP CLUBBING UR SEALS :_|
Seriously, I'm tired of sending your politicians strongly-worded letters about that every year. Let's switch things up so I can send cute greeting cards instead.

"And now the 2-2. Well hit down the left field line, a way back and GONE! Joe Carter, with a 3-run homer! The winners, and still world champions, the Toronto Blue Jays!"

That ending to the 1993 World Series is one of my all time favorite childhood memories, and thinking about it (and seeing replays of the home run) still gives me the chills. Go Canada!
