Materially-false. FETA cheese burgers are the best, with or without tzatziki.

 

I still prefer a good cheddar on burgers. But for cheese itself, I can't even pick a favorite... so many good choices.

 

None of them Kraft singles.

Much like I'm a fan of matching the right tone to a superhero flick (not everyone is Batman) -- I'm a big fan of matching a cheese to a burger based on what all is going on.

Not everything is feta, not everything is cheddar. Sometimes you need a pepper jack cheese with peppered bacon, grilled jalapenos, and pepper / onion / etc. jam. Sometimes you want a swiss with sauteed mushrooms and onions and bacon. Really, you always want bacon.

I find Saint Andre just a little bit too on the nose. I prefer the Fromager D'Affinois double-creme a bit more.

 

Indeed...I once did Hawaiian turkey burgers, and sprinkled some bleu cheese crumbles on the patty....was a perfect blend with the flavor of pineapple.

 

Like Howard Stark, I have fondue in Europe.

However, I prefer good old Mexican American fondue.

I like extra sharp cheddar; port wine; brie; swiss; and the ricotta cheese filling inside cannolis.

Also, I just found out today that the sub shop near my house has cheese fries. I'll probably be five pounds heavier next month.

 

I think the only cheese I've ever met that I didn't like was cottage cheese, though I haven't tried it in many years. Blu cheese is my favorite, the punchier the better. Brie probably comes a close second for me.

I've never heard of the Kraft slice thing, my grandfather put shredded cheddar on his apple pie. I gave it a try once, it wasn't terrible, but I prefer it without the cheese.

 

I like my Bond with extra cheese.



But seriously...

 

I started putting pepper jack cheese on my sandwiches at few years ago, and I don't think I'll ever go back to American slices on my sandwiches. Not enough kick or taste.
