    I love putting glorious Limburger cheese on everything. Have you guys ever tried it on nachos. Mmmmmmmmm!!!! It also makes the fridge smell good.

    My father in law must be the only person I know who goes to the deli for American cheese.


    I had a Wawa sandwich yesterday and Wawa just added the option of Fontina cheese. I've never had it on a sandwich before, as my usual sandwich cheese is sharp cheddar. I decided to try it and it was so good.

    I grew up on American Cheese and and sharp cheddar. But since I've discovered a new local store, Cermak, has an amazing array of cheeses and thankfully they have numerous samples out daily. My cheddar is now at least a 3 year aged and a couple times they had a 9 year aged. Fontina and smoked gouda can usually be found in my frig, as well as goat cheese. I will also never by the packaged feta as Cermak has a feta bar with tanks and I weekly buy a half pound of Roussas feta and they will happily supply some brine for it too when asked. Fabulous taste and crumbles well.

    I can't stand the taste or texture of American Cheese. Poor man's cheddar.
