What's your favorite type of cheese head? I prefer a large head of parmesan to gnaw on.
Sharp cheddar or Colby.

Garlic cheddar and dill-infused monterey jack from Ashe County Cheese.
I also like camembert and brie.
I haven't been to Wisconsin but I'm sure their cheese lives up to its reputation.

been doing gruyère recently
Gruyere is fantastic.

Local deli used to do shaved leg ham, gruyere, rocket and cornishon and chive mayo. AMAZING.
i don't even know what half that stuff is but it does sound amazing.
