    Chewie is already highly evolved. He flies spaceships for pete's sake. He puts droids back together, just like Anakin. Chewie's the Chosen One.

    Notice the positioning of the action figures. Is this another clever hint that the famous duo will be on the outs in TFA? Will Chewie hold resentment towards Han for losing his right arm?

    I doubt it. Chewie owes Han a life debt. He would give his life for Han, not to mention an arm.

    Chewie never forgave Han for disapproving of the Wookiee's budding relationship with Rey, and his and Leia's subsequent decision to send her far away from Chewie's dirty stinkin' paws, to an undisclosed location, under the tutilage and care of Max von Sydow's character, Paht Eali.

    Maybe it's the angle, but that doesn't even look like Chewie to me. I know the whatsis is on his shoulder so I guess that is him, but Chewbacca's face should be fuller.

    He does look a little different in that photo, but perhaps that is due to aging? He looks a little older around the eyes - maybe that accounts for his thinner face as well? I don't know...I'm just spit-balling at this point. In either case, I still think he looks cool! :p

    I know what you mean, aside from the eyes it feels like the head isn't as filled out as fully as it should be, maybe it's just on someone with a smaller head than Mayhew or he's mid makeup and his hair's just been jelled a little too tightly.

    Either way he certainly appears different to the last shot of him we got
