Great event, The kids really seemed to appreciate us being there!

Thanks guys......really really enjoyed the event today....some ups and downs wit the costume but I think I'm learning the ins and the outs......Can wait for pics!

Did this make the Channel 4 news? I watched but didn't see it.

 

Yes it did, on the 11:00 news. There was a quick little blurb on it. Didn't show us except just when we were all lined up when santa came in and a nice shot of Danielle shooting pictures.

 

I managed to tape it on the 11 pm news. Didn't find it at first, but it IS a lovely, long shot of Danielle. You'd never know the guy was there for hours by the few seconds of tape they actually used!

 

Yes it was, but Danielle IS a member of the group...

 

It's great that we were represented so well.

 

I expect to see some more appearance requests come from the event. I was asked a couple of times and have been hearing that there were a lot of questions being asked of our members. Phil is also working on seeing what else he can get us out to.

We definitely made an impression on the President of the United Way! She asked me to send a big thank you to the group and to say that she appreciated what we did.

Everyone deserves a pat on the back!
