Hello, Fantabulouslyatious Famey Gamey Folks. The D-Man is always stoked to play a good round of Perfect Dark, for it does spark a most rambunctios, violentious, and aggressivosis spell in me. But Chill Mike D would like to know, Which of you Fine Foxes and Smooth Operators enjoy a Cool Round of Machine-Gun Fun that is Perfect Dark?

Do you ever even play the Normal Game? I find it Most Lame compared to the Multiplayer, for I share all the Best Death with whoever goes against me. The Complex is my favorite board, for I hoard the kills on that level. But I digress. Please address the D-Man with what Your favorite parts of Perfect Dark are.

I know there must be Other Operators and DarkSim Haters out there that take enjoyment in the deployment of their Murderous skills as they rack up the kills against their fellow man in Perfect Dark. Also, I hear there is going to be a sequel with No Equal for the Gamecube. The D-Man has no intention of buying this system, but I insist on playing PD2 somehow. Fight the Smooth Fight.

PD is pretty damm good, takes GE to the next level, hope the GC version is internet enabled, although it probably won't be

.....the weapon range is outstanding, especially with the dual functions......and boosting/cloaking kick ass

 

PD is fun and a better game than GE, yet I played GE about 50x more.

Oh, and PD for GC was pushed back to 2003. But I think even that's unlikely with all of Rare's problems. 2004 is my bet.

 

I loved PD. Even tho I only played the multiplayer and those challenge thingies. TOo bad my bro-in-law (who owns the N64) doesnt have a memory card to play the SP.

Chill Mike D does Most Indeed think that PD is the best First Person Shooter Around. So much action, so little time. But my rhyme does not do it justice. For it is Fun. My absolute favorite thing to do is to stick a Timed Mine on Some Loser-Jack's face and watch him get blown to space about 4 seconds later. I am indeed a Smooth Operator.

Perfect Dark is a cracking game but in my opinion GOLDENEYE is better. Still the 3rd best game on the N64 though IMO.

 

PD is one of the best FPS's I've played. It wipes the floor with GE.

 

We are all entilted to our opinions and mine is that GOLDENEYE is the daddy of the N64.

Perfect dark is great, but the tasks and missions in Goldeneye made it a better game for me.

Awww yeah! Chill_Mike_D is the coolest thing on the JC right now, and now he's posting in the coolest forum. Too much cool to handle!

 

PD was ok I guess. But you got to admit that it had one lame story and the multiplayer suffered with framerate problems. Better then GE no way. as for best console FPS, Halo craps on both of them. Bad news for PD0 though, there have been rumors going around that this game is going to be a MGS ripoff, 3rd person stealth/action game.
