Mass Chiller Theatre Convention January 27 - 29 , 2006

Chiller Theatre

I just got back from this con last weekend.

I plan on going to the next one January 27th to the 29th of 2006.
It is held in East Rutherford , New Jersey. (across from Giants Stadium)

A nice little road trip.

No guest are listed just yet.

But if you like Horror movies, Sci-Fi Horror movies, etc. you will enjoy this convention.

 

The last one sounded really cool. I liked the fact that there were a bunch of wrestlers there that I used to watch back in the day. Not sure if they all showed up or not.

I doubt I will be able to make this one. I am thinking about hitting Comic Con next year to experience that one at least once. Then I will be waiting for C4, which will hopefully take place in 2007.

 

I just got my hotel reservations last night and my tickets ($30.00) for all three days.

Even though I won't get there probably until Friday night.

The New Jersey Order will be there for the convention..in costume as usual.

If anyone is interested in going please let me know.

 

I thought about heading to this, but it looks like we (my wife and I) may be heading down to the Disney for one of the Star Wars weekends. So I may not be able to go to all the away shows I want to. lol I am thinking about Comic Con in San Diego. But I am not sure if that will be possible or not.

Chiller was once again a great time.
Got to meet a bunch of celebs.

Ray Park and Daniel Logan were there for Star Wrs guests.

Jane Wiedlin of the GO GOs's was there and she was awesome.
She posed for pictures with the NJO in there Star Wars costumes and with me wearing my Batman costume.

I got to meet and have a toast with Fred Williamson at the lounge with Gary and Marie.

I got autographs with Jane Wiedlin, Robert Vaughn, Zacherley, and Christopher Knight & Adrianne Curry.

Got some DVDs and some posters too.

The Dead Elvi performed and it was awesome, especially when Jane Wiedlin got up on stage and played guitar and sang a few of the GO GO's songs.

Next show is in the first week in June. I should be going to that one too.

Thanks again to the NJO for welcoming me to their parts and showing me a great time.

 

Sounds like you had a good time Chris. I saw some of the pics that were posted from the event and it looked like a good time was had by all. I am definitely wanting to go to one of these, but it may have to wait until the fall one just because of schedules and stuff.
