Will do :) I'll PM ya when the site is ready-ish :)

Velvet Goldmine to me is pretty much a biopic of Bowie's Ziggy days. Brian Slade is the epitome of sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll just as Bowie was. Love the movie though.

Man Who Fell To Earth was brilliant, was extremely fitting seeing as how Bowie was the 'Alien' of the music industry at the time. I love the line "Get out of my head! All of you!" I recently sold my DVD of it though because there's a 2 Disc special edition available at Real Groovy that I've been meaning to pick up.

All my DVD's with Bowie on them:
    Ziggy Stardust
    Best of Bowie
Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence (haven't seen it yet)
    Zoolander
    The Labyrinth (Superbit)

Hmm.. I'm sure there are a few others but I can't think of them right now.

Oh, I should've mentioned Black Tie, White Noise in my favourite 5, that album is gorgeous.

    BTW, http://www.angelfire.com\me3\deflok\tease.html

It's just the mainpage but I'm working on the rest on my PC in my spare time. I'll host it at angelfire.com first then I'll look into purchasing a domain (ala www.davidbowie.co.nz).

Let me know if there's anything on a NZ Bowie site you'd like to see, right now I'm planning on having a forum (of course), a Bowie Fan Art section, Bowie photos section, Lyrics section, News section, and more.

I like Bowie, Duran Duran and Roxy Music. Also like Spandau Ballet and Tears for Fears etc. The 70s and 80s were my era in music. Still like Queen best though. :)

Quite a few of my daughter's friends are into that era - and several of them think Bowie is pretty damn cool. I take that as a sign of great maturity and good taste -- and hope for the future. :D

Good luck with your web site.

I enjoy a lot of the 70s and 80s classic hits ... I wouldn't mind a compilation CD with all that 'driving music' they play on Knight Rider.

    Nice forums.

//pisst Def//In your sig you've missed the "not". So it says that by simply inserting featers into ones butt you become a chicken. :p

You'd be no where different but with a quote that makes little sense.

    ;) [face_laugh]
