But man, good on Harrison for wanting to do it at that age. I’m really looking forward to this.

 

I hope that Spielberg gets someone other than Kaminski to do the cinematography this time, because his shooting style made everything in Crytal Skull look like it was covered in plastic.

 

Probably necessary for a cast with a median age of 90.

“This will be Harrison Ford’s last Indiana Jones movie, I am pretty sure, but it will certainly continue after that," Spielberg said.

The filmmaker also touched on who could replace Ford in the role, saying it's time the explorer took “a different form" and that he wouldn't object to a new-look Jones being a female character. “We’d have to change the name from Jones to Joan," Spielberg said. "And there would be nothing wrong with that.”

Sounds like David Koepp has been replaced by Jonathan Kasdan

 

Up...grade? Though I wasn't exactly thrilled by the prospect of the Crystal Skull scribe penning Indy's swansong, I'm not entirely sure this is the Kasdan I want taking the reigns.

I'm curious to see if this is a polish, a refurbish or a complete do over.

 

A few days old now, but Disney has announced that they're delaying Indy 5 another year and it will now be released in 2021. AT this point they're gonna have to set it in the mid 80s and have Indy trying to find a Cabbage Patch Kid at Christmas or something.

 

My seven year old just called Indy Junipy Jones and it was fantastic.

 

Well, actually there is something wrong with that, which is that most people don't indicate their gender with their last name.

Would Indy's dalliance with young innocent Marion preclude him from being worthy?
