so we should try to decide on an evening for our annual Christmas get together. We were thinking we should go to Joey Tomatoes downtown, they have a very nice private dining area that would be nice and relatively quite for us to have dinner. If anyone has an alternate suggestion please speak up. i'll post some dates if everyone could say what works for them that would be great, if any dates appear to be missing its because i know people already have alternate plans for those dates so i'm jsut going to leave them out.

    Friday Dec1
    Friday Dec 8
    Saturday Dec 16
Saturday Dec 23 (that ones probably cutting it a little close)

or if none of those work we could also try Nov 24, its a little early though.

I'm pretty sure I'm out for December 1 cause I'm supposed to be helping Samantha move in that day. Not 100% yet on that.

Just checked the calender, Fayes thing is on the first, not the second. Other than that it's all open still. I don't know when the other one is yet but I'll nag for them to pick a date but that's usually in the afternoons anyway. :)

I would like to join my friends for a little christmas get-together if that's okay. If not I understand. :)

Any day is the same for me since I work every day. The latest I'd be able to hang out is until about 7:30, possibly 8 if this place is on the south-side or eastend, then I'd have to jet to work.

Sounds good. Of course you're welcome Berx!
Berx, the restauraunt is downtown, Jasper and about 112st. Would that be a 7:30 or 8? We could maybe start around 6:30, do drinks and stuff till 7.

hehe that is not much of a secret santa if someone knows! :p

I think we should do the exhange the way we did it last year... bring a present and we take turns opening them.... Chinese Gift exchange... so all we have to do is pick numbers as the restaurant.

Drawing names if fun cause then you can get a bit more specific on the gift; the problem is, we'd have to know right away who will be there and that's always iffy this time of year. I say we go with the round robin exchange we did last year. Are we setting the spending limit at $15 again?

I do like the name drawing idea better, but it makes it hard when you don't know if you're coming or not. I'm good with bring a gift. And I'll try to get a Star Wars something this time. :p

The dinning room was already booked, so we need to pick a different restaurant.

Is it possible to just book a table for however many people we have coming?

If not, um, I dunno, Earl's? Moxie's, Red Robin's, Kelsey's, Olive Garden, Chili's, what about Chili's, are they any good?

Oh, and this year, my gift is totally not gonna suck. :D I got me a gooden.
