Connemara: I wouldn't say Planescape is zany at all. It's very involving and has an excellent story. Morte is funny occasionally, but that's hardly enough to make it a 'comic' RPG in my book. It's an excellent game though, probably Black Isle's masterpiece IMHO.

    Also Fallout 1 & 2.

Well, Planescape isn't on my Christmas wishlist but I checked and saw Neverwinter is, so I might get that, ya never know. If I don't get some games, and if they don't turn out *good* I am gonna go bonkers soon. I bought three games for my birthday and was terribly disapointed in all of them. I'm starting to lose my faith in games. :(

I got Force Commander and Mysterious Journey, both older games, but neither of which I finished.

Then I got Battlefront, which to my shock has no particular point to it. Sure you get to use fancy weapons to frag things, but like, that was so not worth the $50 I'd spent on it. I sorely sorely wish I'd saved that, I freaking need that money now.

So the moral is, I better egt some good games for Christmas.
