I'm going to be able to make it, and I'll bring Jack and maybe Max. Melanie probably won't make it, but who knows!

Hey all - to those I still need to get directions to - I WILL do it either tonight or tomorrow - sorry, just been on a whirlwind tour yesterday across the state of California (breakfast in ABQ, lunch in Oakland and dinner in LA!!!) < this is me today!

Bob - don't bother calling tonight - got the Xmas pageant tonight, but I'll try to get a hold of you tomorrow!

I'm encouraging my spouse to make the Beef Bourguignon, (I hate trying to spell this.) It'd better be good. (comes with pearl onions and mushrooms big enough to pick out for those with tactile defensiveness.)

We will be bringing some beverages and the cups left over.

 

And some Christmas goodies for the kids, too, right, Colleen?

In my defense, I got back later tonight than expected. Didn't want to be calling people late in the evening...

 

Rather than burn down Michelle's back yard...we are going to deep fry the turkey just before we come over. See you all Saturday night!

I think there's something else going on this weekend. I don't recall what, but I think it's something kinda biggish?

 

Nothing can be bigger than hanging with my Star Wars buds!

Besides....it would take my mind off the other big thing that happens this weekend.....C'mon guys!

 

Why would you want to take your mind off it?

 

This time of year is very hard on both Yvonne and I because of the situation as our children go....It is a huge empty spot as the season goes! What is even worse....today is my daughters birthday....and I know I will not be able to speak to her as my ex will screen the calls or she will take the phone off the hook and dog me again for another year. I pray no one here has to experience this type of loss!

All in all....what I was originally saying was...we had a wonderful time at the Christmas Party!

 

Ahh. I should've known that. I know it's hard on you guys, and I wish the situation could be better...
