CIII Jabba the hutts dance troupe...

Since you have most of it done,you can be Arica. Anybody here have an idea of how to do Rystall?

 

Actually, that is not a bad idea about the costume contest. We could get a few guys in on the act as well as Lando Skiff, Luke, Boba (could also be a girl).

 

I was looking at pictures, and it just seems to be a strapless body/cat suit with bell bottoms, and a very thick piping-like edge around the top. Zips up the back. In one shot in the SW.com character bio, you can see the zipper tab. Long gloves trimmed the same way at the top. The clawed feet seem to be attached to the body/cat suit, but I'm not sure how to create that. The feet and the skin & hair seem like they would be the hardest parts of the costume to do.

Me, I think I'm going to go with something custom, maybe similar in design to something from the dancerssk4.jpg at TF.N, but with an appropriate amount of coverage.

I bet for the feet what you could do is attach sneakers to the bottom and sculpt the rest out of some kind of foam or something to do the toes and stuff. For the face and hair, I let you know once I am further along on my costume, I need to do a complete body mask type thing... I am going to roast!

And Darth Hair is serious about being Jabba. This guy WILL do it.

Hey! I just thought of something. If you are going to be dancers, you'll need music. And singers! Of course, I don't know how you'll pull off Sy Snootles, but you all seem smart enough. You'll think of something!

Even if we do not manage to pull off a Sy Snootles, we might be able to so something if we can get Rystall and Lyn Me. Those two and Greeata the Rodian were the back up singers. I've got a fairly decent voice. How would one do a Rodian?

 

Jedi Girl of Corellia - How about water? That would jiggle? Or maybe some other liquid you could seal off?

I might be interested in being a member of the dance group. I love to dance, and I used to be a gymnast! Any other characters needed?

I'm leaning strongly towards Rystall. Jedi is Yarna, we have i think a slave leia and a mara in disguise. I think we still need and Oola and a Lyn Me if you don't mind showing a lot of skin. If you do you can construct a custom costume.

 

And there's also queensteamstress's bellydance-influenced Twi'leck slave dancer. I'm going the custom route, based off of the design sketch I posted a link for somewhere above. Join the fun!

 

Well tell me which person you are looking for and I will find a really close to it pattern!
