Chic, IL CIII Pass in Hand...

I haven't got my tickets yet, i live in Palos Hills,IL. Hopefully Gen-Con can get on the ball on things. Im starting to get worried, i get pissed off everytime i go to my mailbox, and nothing Star Wars is their, no tickets,no magazine, etc.

 

fan Club "Benefits" are always active, the March cutoff was for getting things mailed to you and avoinding the will-call lines

April 6th is when you should crush them.... The mail servic eis NOT very fast, asn everything is leaving THEIR office by April 1st... But if you are feeling the need for crunchin', then by all means

I haven't gotten mine yet either, and I ordered it in Feb. I have an email confirmation, and it's already processed through to my credit card... but no badge yet.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!! The first thing I did once I got back Saturday afternoon from the big "Dex's Midnight Runners Toy Run" was checked my mailbox and well... low and behold...My C3 pass and topper, all in the same package. IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!!! Whew!

I can't believe I finally made it to the board!!!! Ok, so I got my stupid topper, the orange necklace but no badge. I sent an email to registration this morning with hopes of finding an answer. They ARE supposed to both come in together, right?

[color=660099]Just got home from work...approaching the counter where we put the mail I see a half paper sized envelope and I just about jumped on the counter. Yes, it has finally arrived![/color]

 

Got badges and topper... but no lanyard. I got a note saying they "couldn't identify me as a Fan Club member" which is bs as I've been a member for years, get their magazine every month, just got a fan club packet and Fan Club 2005 member card.

I was told that if I felt this was in error, please go to the Fan Club booth onsite. As I am volunteering 17 hours there, I really don't want to stand in any more lines than I need to... which is what I tried to avoid doing by registering well before the cut off date. I paid much more than I wanted to be "a fan club member", I'd like to get the benefits I'm entitled to without a hassle.

I would be a bit more understanding except the SAME THING happened to me at C2!!!!

Yep, same note I got, and when I emailed the contact she just said "Nothing we can do, talk to the Fan Club Booth when you get there."

Still waiting for my pass and fan club lanyard. Except this one is coming straight from the president... Well, ex-president of Chicago Force that is.

I got my C3 packet yesterday. Does anyone know if I can swap the hunter-orange lanyard with the cool gray one from C2? Will I loose all my fan club benefits if I don't have it? Is that how they tell? Or perhaps I can just pull out my super-cool Fan Club membership card and wave my hand around like a Jedi or something.
