Can't believe this but I need to bow out of Winterfest. Just can't be avoided. I will work out how to drop off supplies before that time. Unfortunately will be gone on Saturday at 10 as well.
Jon and Larry will be onsite VERY EARLY (9:00 or thereabouts). Plenty of time to practice and fine tune action. All are invited whenever you want to arrive, but get there NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM. Fest opens at 12:00, we go on 1st show at 12:30. You may pull up to the main lodge doors to unload, then move to parking. There is a medium sized lot NEAR THE front entrance, so the earlier you get there, the better a parking space you'll get.
I've never been. So, this lodge I imagine provides with a place to change as well as do our crafts and demos?
I will be there as soon as I can, probably around 11:30. Unfortunately, I have to work. David will be getting there early to help run through the demo for me before I can get there. We (everyone involved with the demo) will all run through the complete demo when I arrive. Sorry couldn't get there earlier, but I couldn't get out of work. No problem! Wish I could be there, but I have to be at my church gig by 10:00 AM, and won't be home until 12:30ish.

If you have a costume, can you please wear it to the event, even if you are helping with crafts or the group table? While it is nice to have costume support, this event tends to have the least number of helmeted characters needing extra guidance. Food is available for purchase so that you can eat during the event, but please keep it to the changing room. It is a very large room with space to spread out. If you get chilled easily, you may want to dress in layers, both in and out of costume.
If anyone has an extra camera on hand, I might ask if its OK if I use to walk around, and snap photos of the event and our members. Unfortunately my larger camera needs repaired, and my android device isn't always the best for photos.
I need to clarify. If you have a costume, please bring it to wear at the event. We have a large room to change in, so you donor need to wear your costume while driving to the event. Xander and I will be there today. See everyone soon!

Sorry, couldn't make it today. Mary woke up with some kind of stomach bug, and she was my ride. Kind of disappointing since were looking forward to this event. Thanks anyway Anna.
