Clarence Winterfest - January 28 - 10am

Hello everyone!

We have been invited back again, to attend the Clarence Winterfest!

They have requested a performance again like last year’s. Training and perhaps some reciting from the Star Wars Shakespeare. We will need a PA and some microphones. I can provide all of that if needed.

Appearance starts at 11, so arrival and set up would be at 10.

We are a probably not but keeping options open.

I have to say I don’t believe this is the appropriate venue for the Shakespeare. I don’t think it should be done. The training is always a hit. In the past there were crafts but we would have to have folks manage that.

Just got my schedule, I am out.

 

I'm going to second and say that we scrap the Shakespeare reading. Just because we are requested to do something at an event, does not mean we need to do it.

We are participating in a family oriented event with our audience being children. With that in mind, let's stick to what we do best. Any questions, everyone knows where to find me.

 

I have to agree about eh Shakespeare thing. Maybe do a few quick duels in addition to the training.

We will have an area to change., but if your costume include makeup work, probably should bring a make-up mirror as the bathroom is a single
