Clarification regarding what is Off-Topic

I'd have to agree with Shawn about Fanfilms having its own tightly knit community. I started posting here around 6 months ago and already I have been accepted in some part into it. I have already formed several good friendships through these boards and the chat room that I hope will last many years.

Jury's still out on having a separate community forum however. You both bring up great points. What I believe you are saying is you want a non-technical and technical forum for fanfilms, correct? Please elaborate just what goes into the non-technical forum.
