I was watching The Three Stooges yesterday, and they still make me LOL. For relying primarily on slapstick comedy, they're really quite clever. Does anyone else still watch those old B&W TV shows? I'm a fan of I Love Lucy too.

Me too! I remember watching them all the time growing up. Try hulu, though, they have quite a bunch posted, and the quality is good too.

I don't seek them out, but when I'm in a hotel or something I'll watch them. Mr. Ed [face_love]

My dad used to teach my sister and I how to do some of the slapstick. Good times.

I don't think I could pick one, and even if I did I wouldn't know the names. There's one where Curly's trying to carry blocks of ice up a long set of stairs that turn to ice cubes on the way. And I always remember one where they build a house for their girlfriends, and the bathtub is on the side of the wall. :p

I will have to look up some of these and get back to you.

Sitter Downers is the one with the house with the bathtub on the wall. It was more like a funhouse.

And the ice up the long stairs, I know the episode, just not the name..

I'm not much for series that old. There are a few films I just love, though: La Starda, Nosferatu and another film I have currently forgotten about.

Once got Nosferatu with life orchestra music. It was amazing.[face_love]
