But the present & future D&D characters should always be your favorite. If not then there is no reason to play. "Learn from the past, do not live in it."

As I said new characters should be your focus... otherwise you are too attached to them if something bad were to befall them.

Thats just the thing. Anrath isnt dead, and he is who I want to play. But I have several characters I really enjoy playing, honestly. Anrath lets me get the dark out, period. Theribold lets my noble side have at it. Etc. etc.
