Okay,in TESB when the people on the star destroyer coudn't find the falcon, one of the Admirals say:"No ship that small has a cloaking device."And in TPM the Sith Infiltraitor has one,and thats a smaller ship.

That's because Maul is a Sith. They find ways to get things that most others don't have.

Courtesy of my Star Wars Library, and the great folks at Lucas Books:

The Sith Infiltrator, designed and built by Sith, was a maintained tradition among the ancient order. This special spacecrafte supported their "evil missions". Darth Maul's dreaded craft was the latest in the ancient line of dark vessels and was perhaps the most dangerous Infiltrator ever created.

Able to appear and disappear with ease of a shadow, it hides in its distinctive long prow a formidable, full-effect cloaking device, a technological wonder that gives it invisibility on command.

The Infiltrator is a customized version of an advanced armed star courier design from the workshop of the technological genius Raith Sienar, and features laser cannons, extensive sensor systems, and an experimental high-temperature ion engine system requiring large radiator panels, which fold inward during landings.

Darth Maul uses the powerful capabilities of his Infiltrator to learn secret information, plant sabotage, and track targeted individuals anywhere in the galaxy. The evasive and deadly craft is an appropriate extension of the uncanny abilities of its Sith Lord pilot.

And a bit on cloaking devices...

Invisibility fields were considered theoretical until the discovery of the rare stygium crystals on the volcanically turbulent planet Aeten II in the Outer Rim. An invisibility field is a terrifying weapon, since it can defeat most security systems and make acts of theft, sabotage, and assassination all but unstoppable.

And a little about the legacy..

It wass sometimes darkly hinted that raith Sienar wass posed to design the deadly spacecraft of a new space navy that would enforce the law of a "new order" in the galaxy. These rumors proved to be true, as in fact Raith Sienar's operations eventually became Sienar Fleet Systems, the famous and feared throughout the galaxy spacecraft manufacturer in the days of the Empire. Sienar's Advanced Projects laboratory created a distinctive TIE fighter reminiscent of the Infiltrator, which was used by Maul's successor, Darth Vader.

    Data File

    Manufacturer:
Sienar Design Systems, later customized in a secret laboratory
Make: Armed star courier rebuilt as a unique 2-deck "Sith Infiltrator"
    Length: 26.5 m (88ft)
Sublight drive: High temperature X-C 2 ion drive array
Hyperdrive: Sienar SSDS 11-A (class 3.0)
Crew: 1, with capacity for 6 passengers
Primary Armament: 6 low-profile laser cannons (4 original, 2 added)

Keep in mind that the ion radiator fins and the power cell array eventually became the TIE (Twin Ion Engine) fighter, hinting the connection of spacecraft in the PT and OT. :)

Thanks for the answers.I already knew that the ties and the infiltraitor were both made by Sienar and related in a way though.
