clone wars 2 question

i checked a few other topics but couldnt find the answer.
in the clone wars volume 2, there is a part when some guy is with a bunch of battle droids and he's saying how well-armed his station was and how nobody can get him except 1000 jedi. then a battle droid with binoculars is looking and says there are jedi coming and the dude is like "1000?" and the droid is like "no" and hes like "80?" and the droid says "no' and he says "50" and the droid says "lower" and he says "40" and the droid says "2" and he takes the binoculars and sees obi and anakin jump off some horse-looking creatures.

who was that guy and where can i get more information on him?

sorry for typing quite possibly the longest sentence ever written in life.

Yup, S_B_D's got it. That was actually quite a comedic scene for me due to the way the droid was talking.
