For me the Best clone war novel goes to: Labryinth of Evil, Best clone wars video game goes to: New Droid Army (GBA) and Republic Commando (X-BOX), Best medium that covered the clone wars: comics (all of them), Best Episode of clone wars cartoons: All of them (at least for me). Thats really it.
